Programs
Explore the subject areas that connect strategic thinking, analytical practice and organizational action.
Strategy, intelligence and decision making
This area focuses on framing a strategic problem, understanding an industry, comparing options and making a recommendation that can withstand scrutiny. Topics include competitive analysis, business models, strategic intelligence, scenario thinking and the interpretation of economic and geopolitical change.
An applied exercise might ask learners to assess a market opportunity, map a critical dependency or prepare a decision brief. The work should identify the sources used, distinguish facts from assumptions and explain which uncertainties could change the recommendation.
AI, data and technology decisions
Technology learning connects technical possibilities with business responsibilities. Topics include evaluating AI use cases, understanding data quality, redesigning workflows, comparing the economics of automation and defining the role of human oversight.
The appropriate depth depends on the role. A leader needs to challenge proposals and allocate responsibility. An analyst needs to evaluate evidence and results. A process owner needs to understand how the technology changes the work, its exceptions and its controls.
Leadership, change and execution
This area examines how strategic choices become coordinated action. Topics include operating models, capability development, stakeholder alignment, transformation priorities and performance review. Practical work can turn a broad ambition into a sequence of decisions with clear owners, dependencies and measures.
Learning should address the point at which plans meet constraints: competing priorities, limited capacity, incomplete information and incentives that do not support the intended change. The goal is to make those constraints visible and work through them systematically.
